These terms apply to SMS text messages sent by or on behalf of The Treehouse Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”).

Purpose of the Messaging Program

The Association uses SMS for non-marketing, Association-related communications with homeowners, residents, vendors, and service providers who have consented to receive messages.

Messages may concern maintenance and repair coordination, scheduling, property access, Association administration, or replies to Association-related inquiries.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on Association and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message.

After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message. The Association will not send additional SMS messages to that number unless you later provide consent again or otherwise initiate a new SMS conversation where permitted.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery of SMS messages may depend on your wireless carrier and network.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
