We may use service providers that process information on our behalf to support Association operations or communications, or disclose information when required by law. Such use does not authorize those parties to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging

SMS messaging is used only for Association-related communications with homeowners, residents, vendors, and service providers who have consented to receive messages.

Examples may include maintenance coordination, scheduling, access arrangements, Association administration, and replies to inquiries.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or payment to the Association. The Association does not use SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website Privacy

This website is informational only. It does not contain advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or contact forms, and it does not intentionally set tracking cookies.

If you contact us using an email or telephone link, the information you provide is handled as described in this policy.

Data Retention and Security

We retain Association-related information for as long as reasonably necessary for Association administration, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and the purposes described in this policy.
